1. Use of the Services

Document Instantly provides software and related services designed to help users turn notes, transcripts, conversations, and AI-generated content into structured business documents. You may use the services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

You agree not to misuse the services, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected portions of the platform except where prohibited by law, or use the services to create, store, or transmit unlawful, infringing, harmful, or deceptive content.

2. Eligibility

You grant Document Instantly a limited, non-exclusive right to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Content solely as necessary to operate the services, support your use of them, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.

You are solely responsible for your Customer Content and for ensuring you have all rights, permissions, and legal bases necessary to submit or process it through the services.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use Document Instantly to:

• Violate any law or regulation.
• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Upload or transmit malware, harmful code, or security threats.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test system vulnerabilities without authorization.
• Use the services for fraud, spam, impersonation, or deceptive practices.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or availability of the platform.

We may investigate suspected misuse and suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the platform, our users, or third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

The services, including the website, software, branding, logos, design, text, graphics, interfaces, and related materials, are owned by Document Instantly or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the services under these Terms, no rights are granted to you by implication or otherwise.

You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving any output before relying on it for business, legal, technical, regulatory, medical, or operational purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Document Instantly and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, business, goodwill, data, or use arising out of or related to your use of the services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for the services giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Document Instantly and its affiliates, personnel, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the services, your Customer Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
